RETURNS

Please request a return prior to sending your goods back.

We offer easy returns within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags and original packaging complete. Your refund will be in the form of a credit voucher which will be emailed to you within 14 days from when we confirm receipt for your item.

Please note: We do not offer refunds to original method of payment unless:

An item is damaged/incorrect then your order will be eligible for a full refund. The above conditions apply in relation to the condition of goods. In the case where a refund is due, refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

CANCELLATION

To cancel your order please email our customer service team at admin@houeoffashionderby.com . We usually ship orders within 24 hours so it may not be possible to honour your request if you fail to inform us within 24 hours.

RETURNS PERIOD

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit voucher for purchases made on our website provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your order. You can inform us of your wish to cancel your order by filling out our online returns form here:

SHIPPING CHARGES

We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges for non faulty items.

If you are returning faulty goods please contact us prior to shipping the goods back to us. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

If you have availed free shipping offers then the cost of this will be deducted from any refunds.

RETURNS OUTSIDE RETURN PERIOD

Our system will automatically deny return requests after the period of 14 days from receipt. If such goods are still sent back to us, we reserve the right of not offering you a refund.

We would in such a scenario need to send the item back to you which will incur an additional shipping charge which would be payable by you upon request.

SALE ITEMS

There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season items/minor marking/slight damage or colour differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY & OUR LIABILITY

If you intend to return a purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Such goods remain your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition to when you received the same goods.

All goods will be inspected upon being received by us so please refrain from damaging the goods during inspection or whilst you try them on for size, including the original packaging and labels/tags.

We do not accept liability for any goods which do not reach us. We therefore advise that any goods which are returned are done so using a recorded delivery service and proof of postage is retained. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event of damage being caused to our goods.

It is your responsibility to ensure you’re aware of our returns policy and we will not take any liability or offer any flexibility for non compliance with this policy.

NATURE OF GOODS

Majority of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage whilst having a 5%-10% variation possibility. By placing an order on our website you accept the possibility of variation in comparison to the images provided on this website.

From time to time beading/ sequences may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.

Please note that all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing using another method or claims for variation / and or beading/sequences displacement.

You can`t add more product in compare
